T.I. & Tiny Harris Sued By Woman Claiming They Drugged Her & Penetrated Her With The Rapper’s Big Toe

T.I. and his wife, Tiny Harris, are being charged of using toes to sexually assault a lady.

The new allegations was handed down by Jane Doe, who not so far filed a case against the couple. She asserts that while enlisted in the U.S. Air Force and stationed in Los Angeles, she encounter an employee of the duo sometime around 2005 during a party at Coolio’s house.

That person, known as “Caviar,” invited the victim to a nightclub where T.I. and Tiny were the next night.

Once she reached, Doe says she entered the VIP section, where Tiny gave her a drink. After the club, Doe says she got into an SUV with two other women and the duo.

They then went to a hotel, but Tiny reportedly kicked out the other 2 women for flirting with her spouse.

When Doe was alone with the 2, she asserts they all showered together, and she then started feeling lightheaded.

Afterward, they moved to the bed, where she says T.I. ordered her to massage him before Tiny pinned the lady on her stomach and started grinding on her. Then, T.I. allegedly penetrated the woman with his big toe.

Doe says she continuously said the duo “no,” however they proceeded with the assault anyway.

Somehow, she went to the bathroom to throw up while T.I. got up to get a condom. After passing out, the lady says she woke up the following day with vaginal pain and itching before being abruptly kicked out by a security guard.

T.I. and Tiny released a statement to TMZ, refusing the allegations and saying that Doe had threatened to sue them for 3 years.

“For THREE years, we have maintained our innocence and declined to pay these extortionate demands for stuffs we didn’t do.

For THREE years, we’ve maintained the exact position while the assertions in this story have changed time and time again.”

Doe is now suing the Harrises for sexual battery, assault, negligence, and false imprisonment under California’s Sexual Abuse and Cover-Up Accountability Act.
