American Rapper Snoop Dogg and his wife Shante Broadus are high school sweethearts. Their rocky love story added an adult tape and a divorce filing which later turned into a promise renewal.
Snoop Dogg, born Calvin Cordozar Broadus Jr., and his beautiful wife Shante Broadus, began dating when they were teenagers before he acquired limelight and wealth.
The actor eventually tied knot to his love on June 12, 1997, at the Ritz Carlton Hotel in California. The duo shares 3 children, two sons and a daughter, Cordell, Corde, and Cori.
ROCKY MARRIAGE
In 2004, their wedding was tested when Snoop Dogg filed for divorce, citing “irreconcilable differences.” but, their separation was short-lived. He told MTV at the time:
“I was attempting to get a divorce, but I went back home, and I fell back in love with my wife and children. A lot of times, you get cloudy. This music industry is a mother, man, and it’ll take your vision and blur it.”
The California native continued to describe that he soon felt he needed his spouse and children in his life and got rid of the divorce papers.
