Follow in 2020, The Wilsons got some heat from fans who did not like that Russell called himself “daddy” in a birthday post for their eldest son.
In the clip he shared of himself and Future swimming, Russell thanked the boy for being his best friend and daily inspiration.
“I thank god every day for who you are & being able to guide you.” He concluded with a touching post with “Happy 6th Birthday Future! Daddy loves you! In the comments, people fully helped him stepping up and being a dad figure to the boy.
“I love this. Such a blessing to have a spouse that treats your kid in a respectful manner as he would treat his own.” Others knew the post was likely to saddened Future Sr., saying, “Future punching the air 😂😂😂😂.”
Whatever Russell and Ciara are doing, they are doing it hopefully as young Future has already displayed a number of talents. His mom, Ciara, is famous as one of the top dancers in the business, and her son has taken after her a bit.
