Hey everyone! Freddie Jackson here with a very personal and important announcement. It is with an open heart that I share some personal news: I have been diagnosed with kidney disease.
This journey has been challenging, but I am not facing it alone. My close friends, my manager and music family, and all of you are here with me, keeping me going.
I am also proud to announce my partnership with the @nationalkidneyfoundation to raise awareness and support for others affected by this condition.
Your love and support mean the world to me as I take this step forward for my health and well-being.
